With the wealth of process and automated technologies accumulated over the years, Anwell successfully developed wholly automatic production line and technical solutions for silicon based thin film solar cell in 2007, which can compatibly produce single-junction amorphous silicon solar cell, with the highest capacity of 120MW, and double-junction micro-crystalline silicon solar cells, with the highest capacity of 60MW. To match the above-said capacity, other units such as TCO film coating, back electrode film coating and laser scribe are also adapted to production line. We are also devoted into R & D of production equipment for commercial, industrial and residential thin film solar photovoltaic products. With Anwell’s complete production line for amorphous silicon thin film solar cell and modules, we aim to provide the best service for manufacturers of glass substrated thin film solar cell and modules with our large scale and low cost equipment.
